Delete Your Account

You can delete your Batch Scanner account using one of the methods below.

Method 1 - In the App

  1. Open Batch Scanner.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account."
  4. Confirm deletion.

Method 2 - By Email

Send an email to support@zapusklab.com with the subject line "Delete my Batch Scanner account" and include the email address associated with your account. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information.
  • All scan history.
  • Subscription entitlements (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through App Store/Google Play settings).
  • Notification preferences.
Important Warning Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled - please cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account.

Data Retention

Personal account data is removed after deletion is completed. Limited anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics, security, and fraud prevention purposes.
